Alessandro Sorbello is a travel writer and editor for New Realm Media and writes for several online publications including Australian National Parks and various international travel guides including the Internationally successful Accommodation Italy. Having spent several years living near Florence Tuscany, Alessandro developed a series of travel guides and reviews of wonderful Villas and Agritourisms (farm stays) specifically for the Tuscany region.

Born in Milan Italy, Alessandro has always been interested and involved with Fashion having spent some time on the catwalk for an award winning designer. Over the past 15 years he has been heavily involved in the Factory Outlet Industry in Australia and Europe.
He has been interviewed on television and on national print media about the Factory Outlet Industry and on how shoppers can find designer products at greatly reduced prices or as he calls it the 'Art Of Finding The Deal'.

In the early 1990's Alessandro visited various Factory Outlets in California and saw how the phenomenon was spreading and would continue to grow internationally. Upon returning to Australia he established and managed 'The Outlet' a Factory Outlet Shopping centre in Brisbane's inner city. This was the city's first destination specific Factory Outlet Centre and was hugely successful, hosting shopping tours for various Brisbane and Queensland based companies. It would not be unusual to see up to 15 coaches on any given day arrive with shoppers from all over the state coming to take advantage of the great bargains in this centre. 'The Outlet' was host to the only Bras N Things Factory Outlet in Australia. The Video footage on the right of this page shows one of the interviews he did for Australian Television in the late 1990 as he promoted 'The Outlet'. Alessandro sold the concept to redevelopers in mid 2003 and after having been out of the country for several years, living and travelled extensively in Europe, Asia and the United States.

He was instrumental in the development of the online Factory Outlet industry in Italy and currently reviews and edits for Italy's comprehensive Factory Outlet Directory, where he has written articles about Gucci, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana Factory Outlets in Italy as well as hundreds of other Outlets. He is a regular contributor to publications on Milan and Paris Fashions.

Alessandro has visited countless Factory Outlets in Australia, Europe and Asia.
