For more than 35 years, Sara Lee’s Central Coast factory is one of the largest users of fresh produce in Australia, consuming large quantities of butter, eggs, cream and cheese. We also provide you Australian flour, fruits and sugar are required to satisfy the demand for our products.
Sara Lee Bakery includes two categories of products. The first is to produce a range of cakes, desserts, and pastries to the highest possible standard using the finest ingredients, whatever the cost. Secondly, to be an efficient, low cost producer, so that our products are priced within the reach of everyone.
“No added artificial colours, flavours and preservatives” is our company policy, which we believe, is a consumer benefit and sets us apart from the competition.
The company’s policy on the use of any raw material is to follow government food laws, while ensuring that high quality products are produced in line with consumer preferences.
Products include family and catering-size packs from the entire Sara Lee range including cakes, pies, savoury products and ice cream.
Our opening hours are: Mon - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am - 4pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm.
